To post a comment find the "post Comment" section on the bottom

 right corner.  A box will appear where you type in your full name.  You do not have to type anything in for "Homepage."  Make sure you put a title on your comment.  You might want to type out your comment on a word document and then cut and paste it into the box.

 

To view comments click on "View Comments," you will find it next to "Post Comments."
